The 'I'm a Slave 4 U' songstress has nothing but good things to say about her now-estranged husband in the newly-released memoir, calling the actor a 'gift from God.'

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears heaps praise on Sam Asghari in her new memoir "The Woman in Me". The pop star has nothing but good things to say about her now-estranged husband in the book which was written before their split, calling him a "gift from God."

In the book which hit the shelves on October 24, the "Womanizer" songstress dishes on her "insane" chemistry with the fitness trainer when they first met on the set of her "Slumber Party" music video in October 2016. She recalls being "instantly smitten" with the Iranian-born hunk.

"I knew I wanted him in my life immediately," Britney writes. "The chemistry with us in the beginning was insane. We couldn't keep our hands off each other."

Detailing things she loves about Sam, the mother of two divulges, "I have an appreciation for how stable he is. I love that he doesn't even drink." She also credits him for giving her the courage to speak out against her "abusive" 13-year conservatorship, noting that he "squeezed" her hand as a show of support at the start of her bombshell open court hearing in June 2021.

"I look up to him - his consistency with working out and being a good man and being healthy and taking care of me and helping me learn how we can take care of each other," she further elaborates. "He's such an inspiration and I'm grateful."

Celebrating the release of her memoir, Britney wrote on Instagram on Tuesday, October 24, "It's happening !!! My book is the highest selling celebrity memoir in history and it's only day 1 !!! Thank you to the fans who have been so supportive !!! Love you all !!!"

Sam has not publicly shared his reaction to Britney's memoir. It was reported before that the 41-year-old singer had already turned in her final manuscript for "The Woman in Me" before the breakup. Following their split in August, she reportedly frantically attempted to rewrite the memoir, but she never had the chance.

"There won't be any changes made to the memoir to reflect Britney's divorce," sources told TMZ. Because the "Overprotected" songstress had given her "final sign-off" on the book, she had "no right to demand any further changes" before it's published on its originally planned release day.

Elsewhere in the book, Britney recalls having a Justin Timberlake-induced panic attack at the 2007 MTV VMAs. She shares that "it had been a while" since she had seen him following their split in 2002 and was not prepared to see him prior to her performance at the show.

"Everything was going great in his world," she pens. "He was at the top of his game in every way, and he had a lot of swagger. I was having a panic attack. I hadn't rehearsed enough. I hated the way I looked. I knew it was going to be bad."
