AceShowbiz - Lori Harvey and Quavo are not linked up despite reports stating otherwise. Both stars have shut down speculation that there could be something romantic going on between the two after they were reported to enjoy a lunch date together.
Responding to the speculation which first surfaced on TikTok, the model/socialite set the record straight about her recent outing. Instead of having lunch with the 32-year-old rapper, the 26-year-old entrepreneur said she was at the restaurant with her friends.
"Lmao no I was having lunch with my besties who are right behind me," so the daughter of Steve Harvey wrote on Thursday, July 13. The Migos star, meanwhile, took to his Instagram Story to respond to the dating rumors, simply writing, "Shidd Cap," with a blue hat emoji.
Lori and Quavo were rumored to be dating after they were spotted at the same West Hollywood restaurant at the same time. They were leaving the Bungalows separately, but a TikTok user who posted photos of the two's outing suggested that they were together.
"I love that for her," the user wrote in the caption, "Keep doing your thing, I am here for this." After Lori commented on the video, the user replied by apologizing to the star, "Lori!! I made a comment that this was fake news!! It's all love, you are the moment."
Others never bought the news in the first place, with one commenting, "People run alone with everything. How can Lori Harvey date Quavo, it's impossible!" Another wrote, "FAKE, she went on a date with her homegirls. Quavo was there at another table they didn't even interact. This is according to eyewitnesses and confirmed by Lori Harvey herself."
A third claimed, "I am pretty sure that Lori Harvey and Quavo lunch date is [a cap emoji] or much ado about nothing," to which a fourth person agreeing, "Corret...not even a lunch date. They were at same restaurant but not together she was with her friends."
Lori has been in a relationship with Damson Idris since January 2023. As for Quavo, he was rumored to be dating model Erica Fontaine following split with Saweetie in 2021.
