AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner! On Thursday, July 13, the model's businessman husband made use of his Instagram account to announce the arrival of their second child together.
In his post, the 38-year-old shared an adorable picture of the newborn, who donned a baby blue beanie. "Welcome to [globe emoji] [heart emoji] 7.11.23," so Joshua simply wrote in the caption. He didn't provide more details about the baby.
The pair's celebrity friends quickly left congratulatory messages in the comments section. Kim Kardashian commented, "Congrats!!! [heart emoji]," while Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg left three red heart emojis underneath the post. Kate Hudson also chimed in, writing, "Welcome!!!" with Gwyneth Paltrow showing love in the comment.
Karlie announced that she and Joshua were expecting their baby No. 2 in May. The 30-year-old model surprised people when she debuted her baby bump while attending Met Gala in a black Loewe gown. "I'm honestly surprised I could keep it a secret this long," the star told Vogue on the red carpet, crediting "big winter coats" with helping hide her stomach.
While she tends to keep her family life private, the "Project Runway" host previously revealed that motherhood is the "greatest joy" for her. During her appearance on "Today" show in April 2022, she said while recalling of her firstborn Levi's birth, "The moment he was placed on my arms … it is the most profound experience that I had no idea [about] until having a kid."
"Everything changes," Karlie, who tied the knot with Joshua in October 2018, continued at the time. "I have become, first of all, so much more efficient with my time. I'm actually on time everywhere now. I'm a multitasker. … I think priorities just changed."
