AceShowbiz - CHIKA always sets aside time to respond to online trolls. After one social media user doubted her claim of staying in the ICU, the female rapper was quick to fire back at the individual, telling them to "shut the f**k up."
The femcee first brought up the claim on Sunday, July 9. "Been in the ICU twice in the past month and it's so friggin boring that i have resorted to taking prison photos. enjoy. album in a couple- a weekz," she penned alongside pictures mirror selfies of her wearing in a blue hospital gown.
One person then commented, "You know people in the icu wouldn't be able to do thi right? You're in the ward." Annoyed by the remark, CHIKA hit back, "You know you can spend 3 days in ICU and then get moved to the regular floor right? dumba**."
CHIKA then turned to Twitter to get things off her chest. "i'm deada** suffering from malabsorption since kidney failure, meaning my body does not have ANY energy or strength to move rn & some miserable f**ks are telling me that's too much to share. b***h shut the f**k up. i wish your fathers shot you into a tube sock."
"do you know what it feels to drop 30 lbs in 2 weeks, stand up and immediately feel like you're going to pass out, and barely be able to take ten steps without tears welling up in your eyes cuz you can't breathe???" she raged. "and on top of that, you live alone?"
