AceShowbiz - Jackie Goldschneider has shaded fellow "Real Housewives" stars. In the midst of swirling rumors about the use of Ozempic for weight loss among the Bravo celebrities, the star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" publicly insisted that she is not using the controversial drug.
On Saturday, June 24, the 46-year-old reality TV star offered her take on an Instagram post about fellow star Emily Simpson using Ozempic. In the comments section of the post, she simply wrote, "I'll be the last (wo)man standing."
Jackie's shade came after Page Six made a post about Emily who got entangled in speculations that she consumed Ozempic after she showed off a quite different appearance. In the post, the outlet shared a photo of Emily looking "noticeably thinner."
"Did another Bravolebrity jump on the #Ozempic bandwagon? Fans accused #EmilySimpson of taking the Type 2 diabetes drug for weight loss purposes after she posted a new photo of herself looking noticeably thinner," the caption of Page Six's post read.
One day prior, Emily herself hit back at her Ozempic use rumors. Under her Friday, June 23 Instagram post, she was bombarded with unpleasant comments about her consuming the drug. But in response to one critic, she wrote, "You don't know me and nothing will 'revert back' bc my arms are jacked from heavy lifting 7 days a week."
"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star was responding to the social media user who asked her, "How's that ozempic workkng [sic] out for you?" The critic added in another comment, "I think she was amazingly hot before the ozempic. Not judging at all. Just sad rhag she thinks she needs to change her body temporarily because it will all revert back to how it was before when she stops taking it. I think she was perfect before."
Emily drew speculations about the possibility of her using Ozempic after she let out a series of photos capturing her and her two sons. Instagram users were quick to notice that she looked thinner and gave their two cents on her weight loss.
Most of the commenters speculated that she used the Type II diabetes medication to lose weight. One in particular suggested, "Had to be Ozempic." Another chimed in, "Wow she lost weight. Ozempic I'm sure." A third asked, "Is this the result of ozempic??" A fourth penned, "Don't tell me oh Ozempic!!!"
