The drama between Pusha and Jim started after the latter insisted that the 'If You Know You Know' spitter shouldn't be on the Top 50 Greatest Rappers list.

AceShowbiz - Jim Jones has noticed Pusha T's apparent diss on Clipse's new track, "Chains 'n Whips". However, the record executive was unbothered by it as he trolled his nemesis even more.

When weighing in on the song, Jim said in an Instagram video, "That was not a Top 50 verse... Not at all. Still not in my Top 50." Meanwhile, in the caption, he wrote, "Lol [that] verse did not make [the] list champ it was cute."

On "Chains 'n Whips", which was premiered at Pharrell Williams' first Louis Vuitton show as creative director in Paris a few days prior, Pusha raps, "Beware of my name, that there's delegate/ You know I know where you're delicate." He adds, "Crush you to pieces, I'll hum a breath of it."

"I will close your heaven for the hell of it/ You think it'd be valor amongst veterans/ I'm watching your fame escape relevance," he goes on. "We all in a room but here's the elephant/ You chasing a feature out of your element."

The drama between Pusha and Jim started after the latter insisted that Pusha shouldn't be on the Top 50 Greatest Rappers list. "What has [Pusha T] done that puts him in the greatest rappers of all time besides talk about coke that he probably didn't get himself?" he asked on the "Rap Caviar" podcast earlier this year. "He's nice! He's nice as s**t. He could rap his a** off, but what has he done?"

"Nobody has dressed like him. Nobody wants to be like Pusha T. I don't remember nothing," Jim further argued. "And let's not be evil, but we don't talk about rap where the n***a that's popping the b***hes wanna f**k and the n***as wanna be like. I don't know too many n***as in this game that was leaning towards being like Pusha T."
