AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson has broken his silence after a hailstorm injured almost 100 people at his Colorado show. Taking to Twitter, the former One Direction member sent love and well-wishes to his injured fans.

"Devastated about the show tonight, hope everyone's ok, I'll be back!" the 31-year-old wrote on the blue-bird app on Wednesday night, June 22. "Even though we didn't play the show I felt all of your passion! Sending you all love!"

Louis was performing at the Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre when the hailstorm erupted. Offering more details of the incident, West Metro Fire Rescue wrote on Facebook, "West Metro responding on Wednesday night to Red Rocks Amphitheatre where a hail storm interrupted the night's concert, sending concert-goers running for cover."

"Hail reported to be up to golf ball ball size fell on the crowd, injuring nearly 100 people," it added. "Seven people were transported to area hospitals with cuts and broken bones. 80 to 90 were treated on scene by Stadium Medical and West Metro paramedics."

Hailstorm aside, Louis is currently on tour to support his new album "Faith in the Future", which arrived in November 2022. His next show is on Saturday, June 24 in Seattle, Washington.

In addition to a new album, the British heartthrob also debuted his new documentary, "All of Those Voices", back in March. He even reunited with his former 1D bandmate Liam Payne at the London premiere of the documentary on March 16.
