AceShowbiz - Latto (Mulatto) has said no to "round two" of plastic surgery. Although she had previously went under the knife to improve her appearance, the "Big Energy" raptress opened up in a new interview about investing in her body as a part of her job, revealing that she has hired a personal trainer.
Being featured in a Cosmopolitan's cover story published on Tuesday, June 20, the 24-year-old first got candid about the things she did in the past. "I got a BBL in 2020. I also got 360 lipo. That's on my stomach, back, sides, and whole torso," she listed. "But then you've got to maintain it. So I just hired a trainer."
The "Put It on da Floor" rapper went on to say, "I tweeted the other day that I was almost going to get a round two of surgery and then I was like, 'let me just get a trainer instead.' " On the reason why, she revealed, "If you look on my Instagram, you'll see I've always worked out - before and after the surgery. But I will leave early or not push myself as hard. Having a trainer holds you accountable."
Latto also talked about social media comments about her. "This is the thing, I'll be good if I just keep working. When I'm working, I don't even have my phone. But as soon as I get back in my bed - when my day is over with - now I'm scrolling and reading. I just got to find something else to do with my time than social media," she pointed out.
On how the comments impacted her, the hip-hop artist confessed, "I get overwhelmed and overstimulated. That's when my anxiety is at a peak. I'll literally feel my heart beating, and I'll be like, 'Relax!' But I just gotta learn how to deal with it because it's not going to get any easier. I'm just going to get more famous. If you're not strong enough to see stuff and not respond, then you just need to get off."
Elsewhere in the cover story, Latto addressed the rumor that she wore the same thong bikinis plenty of times. She said, "You all see me with these Birkins, see me on these jets, see me post these cars, and you think I can't afford multiple pairs of underwear? But what's so funny is now they think that I'm trolling."
"I literally only wear these panties from Target. It's the nude pair, the black pair, and the cheetah-print pair. I love them. I can afford whatever panties I want," she continued explaining. "But I like them panties from Target that are $5. Before I go on tour, I go clear the section. I'll get all the size medium thongs from Target."
