In a series of emotional videos, KT Smith tearfully informs her followers that she is looking to rehome her Great Pyrenees after the dog bit her 2-year-old son Indigo, whom she shares with the 'Chasin' You' singer.

AceShowbiz - Morgan Wallen's son was recently rushed to the hospital after getting bit by his ex-girlfriend's dog. KT Smith, who shares 2-year-old Indigo with the country music star, has revealed that her son took a dog bite to the face, but he's going to be okay.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Monday, June 19, KT said the incident happened on Sunday and that her son was treated in the emergency room. "Indigo is okay," she informed her followers about Indigo's condition. "His scars will be minimum."

KT, however, is now looking for a new home for her dog Legend following the incident. "I never wanted to bring this to social media. But he deserves better," she tearfully said in one of the videos. She explained that her dog is a rescue and Great Pyrenees.

"Yesterday, he bit Indigo in the face and he had to have stitches," she said. Noting that she has considered options for the dog, she insisted that she doesn't want to put the dog down as some are suggesting. "He's not aggressive, he's great with other dogs. He's an angel," she assured.

KT knows there's an option that she can keep the dog with a nuzzle on the house, but she thinks "he doesn't deserve that either." She admitted that she's torn with being a great mom for her dog and being a great mom for her son, who may be traumatized by the incident.

So she's decided to rehome Legend with a family that has a lot of land and no small children. "He just wants love. He hasn't shown any bit of aggression before that at all," she told her followers, before showing the dog, which calmly lied down in the living room with her around.

KT shared her phone number on her Stories, but asked with her followers to only reach out to her "if you are able to help with his new home." In another Story, she shared more details about the white Great Pyrenees.

KT also posted screenshots of several hateful comments criticizing her after the dog-biting incident. "Praying Jesus starts giving people some peace and fulfillment in their lives so this doesn't happen," she responded to the criticism.
