D.L. Hughley's 'Heart Breaks' After Death of DC Young Fly's Longtime Partner Ms Jacky Oh!

Sending his condolences in the wake of the former 'Wild 'N Out' star's passing, the former 'Dancing with the Stars' contestant says he's praying for 'strength' for DC.

AceShowbiz - D.L. Hughley has sent a supportive message to DC Young Fly amid this difficult time. The former "The Hughleys" star has offered his condolences after news broke of his fellow comedian's longtime partner Ms Jacky Oh!'s passing.

Taking to his Instagram page to mourn Jacky's death, D.L. posted a picture of DC kneeling. "My heart breaks for my young brother @dcyoungfly and his children," he wrote in the caption, before singing praise for DC, "What you see on TV is only a sliver of who this young brother is. He is a strong, solid, determined young man of faith. He's a family man, which is why this cuts so deep."

"We love you, my family and I send every ounce of love we have and prayers for strength to you and your family through this time," the 60-year-old sent his well wishes to the younger star. "Stay strong in your faith brother. With love, The Hughley's."

Jacky, born Jacklyn Smith, died on Wednesday, May 31 in Miami. She was believed to have flown to Miami to undergo cosmetic procedure, just days before her passing at the age of 33. She recently posted on her Instagram page a picture of her posing with Zachary Okhah, MD or better known as Dr. Zach.

In the since-deleted post, the mother of three let her followers know that she flew to Miami to get a "mommy makeover." She wrote in the caption, "Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!"

"It is with sadden (sic) hearts we share with you that Jakclyn aka MsJackyOh has passed away on Wednesday, May 31st 2023," the Smith family said in a statement confirming the sad news. "Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you please give us privacy during this time."

According to TMZ, DC was in Atlanta shooting new episodes of "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'n Out" when he got the news of his partner's passing. The show has posted a tribute to Jacky on its official Instagram page. "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N' Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed," the statement by a BET Media Group Spokesperson read.

It continued, "Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N' Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children. The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B. Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time."
