AceShowbiz - Mike Tyson has shed light on Jamie Foxx's mystery health scare that landed him in hospital last month. During his appearance on the "PBD Podcast", the former professional boxer suggested that the actor might have suffered a stroke.

"He's not feeling well. They said a stroke," Mike said on the show. He, however, quickly noted that he was not sure whether the information he heard was true, adding, "I have no idea what happened to him."

Jamie's health scare later prompted Mike to reflect on people's mortality. "Hey, listen, we can't anticipate our next breath. We don't know when we are gonna die. ... After we leave, this bad stuff can happen," he said.

The former world heavyweight champion also thinks it's odd that Jamie's family has been so secretive about his condition. "If we don't know about it by now, they don't want us to know," he acknowledged.

The Oscar winner was set to portray Mike on an upcoming biopic series before his hospitalization. Now, the famed athlete said that the project is up in the air given the 55-year-old's medical situation.

"Well, it was a possibility. I don't know what's going to happen now. But, you know, it's a strong possibility," the famed athlete said. "Because, you know, Jamie's closer to my age, so in order to do him, they were going to do what they did with [the movie] 'Benjamin Button'. They were going to make him look younger."

Jamie's daughter Corinne Foxx announced on April 12 that her father had been hospitalized after a "medical complication" one day before. On May 12, amid conflicting reports about his condition, the actress said her father had been "out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating." He has since been treated in a physical rehab facility in Chicago that specializes in strokes and brain injuries.
