"Kim really likes Tom," a source tells Page Six. The insider continues, "She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker's Bay."

Prior to this, a "well-placed" source claimed that there's "currently 'no romance' " between "The Kardashians" star and the former quarterback. It was additionally said that the SKIMS founder asked Tom for advice as she's looking to buy property at Baker's Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive members-only residential community in the Bahamas.

Similarly, another source told Entertainment Tonight that "Tom and Kim have been in touch because Kim is looking to buy property where Tom has a vacation home," before insisting that the pair are "just friends."

The source added that the SKIMS founder and the newly-single former athlete "have friends and business partners in common." However, the informant stressed that "they are not dating."

The rumors that Kim and Tom might be dating first emerged following a blind item posted by celebrity gossip blogger DeuxMoi. "This A list reality star was spotted touring properties in this warm locale. The thing is, she was using a certain newly single A list athlete's golf cart as her mode of transportation. Just friends or maybe more?" the blind item read.

After realizing that it was about Tom and Kim, a source told the gossip blogger that the two stars "were in touch because Kim is looking to buy property in this area where Tom has a vacation home." The informant added that while Tom, who recently split from ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, and the reality TV star are just friends, they are said to be "having fun" with each other.
