Soulja Boy Calls Out 'Lame' Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy for Releasing Album on the Same Day as Him

When slamming the 'Laugh Now or Cry Later' and the 'Right Foot Creep' emcee on Instagram Live, 32-year-old Big Draco declares that he will outsell both of them.

AceShowbiz - Soulja Boy is furious to learn that Lil Durk and NBA YoungBoy a.k.a. YoungBoy Never Broke Again will release their albums on the same day as him. Unhappy with the news, the "Pretty Boy Swag" rapper took to social media to lash out at the two "lame" emcees.

Soulja got things off his chest while hopping on Instagram Live. "I'm finna outsell Lil Durk and YoungBoy at the same time,” he first declared. "This my date."

"Y'all ain't gon' do s**t… woulda been scrapped… woulda been fought. Cut it out," the 32-year-old continued fuming. "P***y-a** n***a, you seen me announce my muthaf**kin' album and the next day you announced your album. So, guess what? You lame, n***a."

Soulja is set to drop "Soulja Season" on Friday, May 12. That's when Durkio will release his new album, "Almost Healed".

The "Laugh Now or Cry Later" hitmaker announced his new album by revealing it release date and cover art on Instagram. Alongside a black-and-white photo that show him standing next to a group of people whose faces were blurry, he penned, "Y'all won. 100k comments. May 12th. Pre save now. {link in bio}."

The album was initially titled "The Voice 2.0". He once opened up about the record in his Spring 2023 XXL cover story interview. "Growth," he said of his vision for the album. "That's what the 2.0 stand for, just be on another level."

"Just not only music-wise, like the things around me like I told you, growing from the friends around me, management. Sitting with the mayor," he further elaborated. "We doin' big charity things. Neighborhood Heroes, the foundation I got."
