In an Instagram video, the 'Fast and The Furious' actor previously accused Judge Kevin Farmer of being 'racist' and calling his ex-wife Samantha Lee Gibson a 'b***h.'

AceShowbiz - A judge has made a decision for Tyrese Gibson's ongoing child support battle with ex Samantha Lee Gibson. During a hearing at Fulton County court on Tuesday, April 25, it was revealed that the actor was ordered to fork $636,000 for child support as well as his ex's lawyer fee.

The amount includes $237,944 in back child support for their daughter Soraya and $399K for Samantha's attorney fees. However, the "Fast and Furious" actor, who refused to pay the $10,000/month he was ordered to pay last August, didn't have to pay it all at once. Judge Kevin Farmer set May 15 as the due date for him to pay about $258,000 of it.

In response to the decision, Tyrese's attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham claimed to TMZ that her client is planning to file an appeal as soon as the judge's order is entered. She also filed a motion for a new trial which will be heard next month.

The decision came after Tyrese took to his Instagram account to share a video of him slamming the judge. In the 30-minute Instagram video, the 44-year-old accused the judge of being "racist" and calling his ex-wife a "b***h."

"Now listen, we ain't together no more, we have our share of issues," he said. "But I have never referred to the mother of my child as a b***h. To hear this man, this white man, on the bench, wearing a black robe, who is supposed to represent the law, to refer to my ex-wife and the mother of my child as a b***h… why is he still on the stand?"

Of the judge, the "Morbius" actor continued, "We tried to get him recused, we tried to get him thrown off the bench because of his conduct and his unprofessionalism. And then there were a bunch of things pertaining to the outcome of my case that he did that was literally illegal."

He went on calling on black men and fathers, the Nation of Islam and civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump to join him outside the courthouse on Tuesday. He said that it was "for a prayer on behalf of the family law courts system that someway, somehow tends to lean in the favor of the other side."
