The 'Don't Look Up' actor and the model sparked dating rumors after being spotted getting cozy with one another while listening to music at the 2023 music festival over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - Leonardo DiCaprio and Irina Shayk are not an item despite reports. A new report claims that the "Don't Look Up" actor and the model, who sparked dating rumors after being spotted getting cozy with one another while listening to music at Coachella over the weekend, are not dating.

Sources familiar with the pair told TMZ that the Oscar-winning actor and the catwalk beauty are "just friends." The insiders also said that the two were at the music festival in Indio, California with a large group which included model Stella Maxwell and Leonardo's longtime pal and fellow actor Tobey Maguire.

The sources also noted that Leonardo and Irina have known each other for quite some time after meeting through mutual friends. Additionally, the "Titanic" star is close with Irina's ex Bradley Cooper as the three of them had hung out together publicly before.

Leonardo and Irina, who shares a daughter with Bradley, were seen attending the 2023 Coachella together on Saturday, April 15. In some photos that circulated online, the Russian-born beauty could be seen leaning up against the 48-year-old Oscar winner in the middle of the crowd at the Neon Carnival.

She was pictured furrowing her brow while the two and Stella were engaged in a conversation. As for Leonardo, "The Wolf of Wall Street" leading man, who sported a black baseball cap, also looked like he was emphasizing a talking point with his hand.

The outing arrived amid rumors that Leonardo is dating TV presenter Maya Jama. "Maya and Leo are in regular contact and have been on a string of dates," a source said at the time. "They have both recently come out of long-term relationships so neither of them are rushing into anything - they are having fun and seeing how it goes."

"They live in different countries and Maya has had a long distance relationship before and knows it's tough, so they are taking things a day at a time," the informant continued. "Leo has certainly been wooing her though, he loves spending time with her."

Maya, however, set the record straight. Denying the dating speculations, she wrote on Twitter on Monday, April 10, "I've been minding my business on holiday & said I wouldn't respond/pay attention to any of the silly stories anymore but you need to stop now."
