AceShowbiz - Amy Robach seemingly couldn't be happier that her failed marriage is officially coming to an end. The former "Good Morning America" anchor looked cheerful when stepping out with her boyfriend T.J. Holmes after quietly settling her divorce deal with Andrew Shue.
On Friday, March 17, Amy and T.J. were seen taking a stroll in Manhattan, New York City. The pair were beaming with joy, smiling from ear to ear, as Amy held onto her boyfriend's arm while walking outside of his Financial District apartment, where she has reportedly been spending a lot of time since her separation from Andrew.
Amy bundled up in a white-and-black quarter-zip fleece, joggers and sneakers. Her hair was pulled in a bun as she sported aviator sunglasses. T.J. matched his girlfriend's low-key vibe in a blue tracksuit, denim jacket and sneakers, with a pair of sunglasses.
The pair's outing comes after Amy finalized her divorce agreement with her ex-husband Andrew. According to Daily Mail, the exes have amicably divided their assets through mediation and agreed to share custody of their dog, Brody, more than six months after their separation.
"It's an awfully sad end to what was a great marriage," a former friend of the exes said of their divorce. "Andrew was so into her." The friend added, "But at least they worked out their split through mediation rather than some ugly legal battle. And they sorted out custody of Brody."
While Amy continues to be attached at the hip with T.J., Andrew appears to be comforted by his dog Brody following the divorce settlement. The "Melrose Place" alum was seen picking up the Maltipoo from Amy's daughter at his ex's Manhattan apartment on Thursday.
The 56-year-old actor, who married Amy in 2010 but shares no child with her, dressed casually in a black jacket and jeans, teamed with white sneakers. He carried a black backpack while holding the dog's leash.
