AceShowbiz - "The Bachelor" aired its "Women Tell All" special on Tuesday, March 14. In the special episode, former contestants in Zach Shallcross' season reunited as they dug up old grievances and discussed controversies happening after the season begins airing on ABC.

The episode saw Greer being put in the hot seat during one segment. After asking about her breakup with Zach on the show, host Jesse Palmer tackled Greer's recent blackface controversy.

"The truth is, as a franchise, we've done a very poor job in the past of addressing serious topics head-on," Jesse said. "We're not going to miss that opportunity here tonight. I know you have given a subsequent apology on social media and online, but I do want to give you the opportunity to address this and share your experience with us."

In response, Greer admitted that she's "been wanting to adress this." She continued, "I don't want to sweep it under the rug. What I failed to mention in my apology was that what happened was racist. It's not about the intent, it's about the impact."

"This acquaintance of mine that I knew performing blackface was racist, me defending it was racist, my ignorance was racist. I'm just so ashamed. I'm deeply sorry that I hurt the black community. I can't go back in time. All I can do is just try to be better now and try to be better in my future," she added.

Greer added that she had met with a professor and diversity/inclusion specialist, Dr. Banks, following the controversy. "She brought to my attention that it's so important to be open-minded. It's so important to question things and ask and not just do without thinking," she explained.

"Before you speak, think. Before you say something that could hurt someone else. And do your research. So I looked up lectures, really wanted to dive deep into the history of blackface and understand why it was wrong and why it was offensive. I realized it was a symbolism for dehumanizing the black community, and so what I said was wrong. Defending that girl was racist and I want to take that accountability. I don't want to excuse it," she continued.

In addition, the episode saw Kat and Brooklyn going at it again after the host brought up what happened in Estonia. During the trip, the two were feuding as Kat "stole Zach away" before Charity's one-on-one date. Defending herself, Kat said, "I really, like, never thought that it was going to cause any, like, feelings to be hurt."

She then shaded Brooklyn as saying, "I think what was not mature and was not handled appropriately was how you spoke to me, and how you spoke about my character." Brooklyn quickly interrupted as she quipped, "And I would say it again! If me calling someone's actions 'classless,' fit the narrative. I mean, there it is."

"It's one thing if you were fired up right after, sure. But it was the fact you went on day after day. And for you to come at my character to the level that you did was just wrong," Kat clapped back at Brooklyn, who responded, "But, like I said, that's why I said, 'if the shoe fits, lace that b***h up.' Because if you feel like me addressing your actions, describe your character, so f**king be it."
