AceShowbiz - His recent drama with paparazzi didn't stop Kanye West from taking his new wife Bianca Censori out on the town. The "Donda" artist and the Yeezy employee enjoyed some time together as they were photographed exiting a Los Angeles restaurant following a date night.

In some new pictures that circulated online, the couple was seen emerging from Beauty & Essex on Tuesday night, January 31. While covering his whole face with a balaclava, the embattled rapper led the way. His wife, meanwhile, followed close behind as she was on her phone.

Thankfully, there was no drama that night. The 45-year-old hip-hop star kept quiet as they headed to their car.

The dinner date came after Ye was named a suspect in a battery case that stemmed from a heated exchange between him and a paparazzo. In a viral video, the rapper was seen confronting a woman who was filming him on her phone in Los Angeles. At one point, he grabbed her device and threw it away.

It's unknown if the woman was a photographer or a member of the public who was videoing him. When the incident occurred, Kanye's new wife Bianca Censori was waiting in his SUV. According to a law enforcement source, the Yeezy designer was the "named suspect in a battery investigation, deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff's Department were called to the scene and were provided video evidence of the incident."

That was not the only time for Ye to have been involved in an argument with a photographer recently. Prior to this, Ye was caught on camera confronting a paparazzo who disturbed his date with Bianca.

At the time, he also ranted, "You know the first time when I took medication, where I was? I got mad at the paparazzi. You know who the paparazzi was? The same one that shot [Britney Spears]." He also implied that the paparazzi treated him like he's "some type of caged animal."

At one point, the "Jesus Is King" artist talked about how celebrities didn't profit from pictures which were taken by paparazzi. "The media doesn't have a right to just, boom, pop up," he pointed out. "We ain't have no idea. Then I have no say so in the shot. It's not just that. It's the entire media. Y'all find out where we are at. Y'all take this photo. What percentage of the money do we get off these photos?"
