AceShowbiz - Julia Garner said hello to the new year by bidding farewell to her ringlets. On the 2023 Golden Globes red carpet, the "Ozark" and "Inventing Anna" actress debuted an edgy razor pixie cut.
Julia's new hair was styled by celebrity hairstylist Bobby Eliot. In an interview, Bobby said that he wanted the 28-year-old actress' hair to feel "just as easy and modern" as he described her pink dress as "a breath of fresh air."
