In the sneak peek of upcoming TV special 'TMZ PRESENTS: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs and Kardashians', the ex-NBA star also teases some 'crazy' behind-the-scenes stories.

AceShowbiz - Lamar Odom once again acknowledges his mistakes to his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian. In the first trailer for his upcoming documentary called "TMZ PRESENTS: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians", he gets brutally honest about his part in ruining their marriage.

In the sneak-peek video, the former professional basketball player opens up about his drug use during his time with Khloe and how it led to his downfall. "Drugs was my girlfriend," Lamar tells host Harvey Levin in the trailer. "I had a wife…and cocaine."

When asked if Khloe knew he was using drugs throughout their tumultuous relationship, the ex-NBA star bluntly answers, "For part of our marriage. I had to tell her. We can't hide that forever." He also acknowledges Khloe's support during his darkest times, even after their split.

"Yeah, she did," Lamar says before putting his head in his hands. He goes on insinuating that what people read on the news was just the tip of the iceberg, adding, "I mean, behind the scenes I put her through some s**t. The things that y'all think y'all know is crazy. But the stories that y'all don't know is really crazy."

"TMZ PRESENTS: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians" will premiere on January 2, 2023 on FOX before being made available to stream on Hulu the next day. Per the official synopsis, the all-new revealing special "takes viewers on a deep dive of Lamar Odom's troubled marriage to Khloe Kardashian, which was as memorable as his incredible basketball career. Lamar talks exclusively to TMZ, opening up like never before about his sex addiction and drug use and how it torpedoed his marriage to the love of his life and turned him into a shell of his former self. The good news…true to form Lamar has rebounded in a spectacular way."

Following his announcement of the documentary earlier this month, Lamar faced backlash over his alleged "desperate" attempt to get money. "I really hope you ain't go out there and blast her," one Instagram user commented on his post. Another follower wrote, "If didn't know a good thing till it’s gone was a person." A third claimed, "He's gonna milk that s**t 30 years down the road."

"He stay milking his relationship with Khloe like maybe you should [have] acted right when you had her," someone remarked. A fifth person said, "Shouldn't this special be called 'lies and prostitutes?' The title makes it seem like Lamar was the victim."

"I feel bad for Khloe, she really does have the worst exes," wrote a fifth commenter, while another added, "I feel like his intentions are never good."

Khloe has not publicly reacted to the upcoming documentary. She married Lamar in 2009 after a whirlwind romance. She filed for divorce in 2013, but withdrew it following Lamar's near-fatal overdose at the Love Ranch brothel to assist him during his recovery. She filed for divorce again in 2016 and it was finalized later in the same year.
