The official Twitter page of the K-pop sensation posts new photos of all seven members of the group gathering on the same day Jin begins his mandatory military service.

AceShowbiz - BTS (Bangtan Boys) apparently had a small farewell party for one of its own members, Jin, who has just begun his military service. On the same day he enlisted into Yeoncheon bootcamp, the group's official Twitter page shared two new photos.

In the images, all seven members of the South Korean boygroup gathered in front of a brick wall. Jin, who was standing in the center, wore a cap, but he took it off in the second photo, showing off his new buzz cut.

The boys linked arms in the first photo and faced the camera, while they goofed around in the second one. RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook playfully put their hands on Jin's newly-shaved head as the 30-year-old sheepishly smiled.

"my brother!! Come back safely!! Love you," read the caption.

It continued, "On the day of, the site is expected to be very crowded with enlisting soldiers, family members, and some fans. We ask the media to please refrain from visiting the site. In order to prevent safety accidents caused by on-site congestion, Jin will enter the grounds of the recruit training center while in a vehicle without greeting the media or fans separately. Due to the nature of the venue, we ask for your understanding that there is no separate waiting space for reporters."

Suga underwent a surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder in 2020, which could spare him from serving active duty.
