The HGTV star and the 'Celebrity IOU: Joyride' host now can avoid a messy court trial and will continue to share joint legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son Hudson.

AceShowbiz - Christina Haack (Christina El Moussa) and Ant Anstead are done with their nasty custody battle. The HGTV star and the "Celebrity IOU: Joyride" host came to a custody agreement for their 3-year-old son Hudson.

According to court documents, Christina and Ant informed the court on November 18 that they have discussed a deal to modify their 2021 custody order. Now the exes can avoid a messy court trial and will continue to share joint legal and physical custody of the toddler.

The former spouses also agreed to schedule their holiday. Ant will have Hudson for Christmas from December 23 to 25 on odd years, while Christina will have the same period on even years. The pattern also applies for Easter Sunday, which the baby will spend with his father for even years and his mom on odd years, and vice versa for the 4th of July.

Both Christina and Ant have yet to directly address this matter. However, his attorney Steven G. Hittelman said, "I am disappointed it took six months, but Mr. Anstead is thrilled with the outcome and considers it case closed."

Ant previously accused Christina of being an absent mother as well as putting Hudson at medical risk, including the moment when the toddler had a "sunburn that was so bad it left him crying in pain." He also alleged that his ex used their chold for personal gain, adding that "the risks for a child working on a television production set (even if that 'set' is Christina's home) are innumerable and well documented."

Christina, who is now married to Josh Hall and shares two kids with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, has shut down the allegations. "The allegation that I am 'exploiting' our son is truly offensive and simply untrue. After seeing what Ant has written in his Supplemental Declaration it is clear that his motivation is not Hudson's best interest," she claimed in legal docs.
