The 'Masked Singer' host, who also suffers from Lupus, posts two pictures of him in the hospital, just one day after his sold-out show at Madison Square Garden.

AceShowbiz - Nick Cannon may be a super dad, but he is not Superman. The multi-talented entertainer has apparently just come to this realization following his latest health scare. The father of 12 has been hospitalized with pneumonia.

Making use of his Instagram account, the 42-year-old informed his followers of his condition. Along with two pictures of him lying in hospital bed, with some machine hooked to his body, he penned, "Okay, so I guess I'm not Superman… I promised myself I would never be back at this place again… But this is a great lesson to take care of YOU or YOU won't be able to take care of everyone else."

Assuring fans not to worry too much about him, the comedian/actor continued, "Don't trip though, I don't need any well wishes or prayers , just some solid rest and I will be back on the journey to becoming stronger than ever..." He added, "it's just pneumonia, nothing I can't handle."

Nick, however, likened his life to "a rollercoaster" as his health setback comes just one day after he performed a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Thursday night. "Crazy thing is, last night we was just rocking a sold out crowd at Madison square garden in front of thousands of fans, now I'm all alone in a tiny hospital room. Life is definitely a rollercoaster! #LupusWarrior," he concluded.

Back in 2012, Nick was hospitalized twice due to his lupus. At the time, "The Masked Singer" host suffered from mild kidney failure and underwent a kidney surgery in January. A little over a month later, two blood clots were found in his lung.

Nick later revealed that his condition is a rare one. He claimed the doctors "found out that I have lupus nephritis, which is an autoimmune disease," through a bunch of tests and studies. The rapper went on to note, "It's a rare one. Mine was a very rare case, but it's attacking only my kidneys."
