Roddy Ricch and Lil Durk have given their collaborative track "Twin" a music video treatment. The Compton-born artist and the founder of Only the Family appear in the visuals together, which was released on Monday, November 21.
In the clip, the two hip-hop stars can be seen delivering their bars while hanging out the window of their cars during a night drive. The pair also perform inside a retail store.
"GLE, matchin' Benz/ And my tint, five percent/ F**k around, pay your rent," the 24-year-old, whose real name is Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., spits in his verse. "Now, to go along with it, they've unveiled a video to flex even harder."
The song appears on Roddy's new album, "Feed Tha Streets 3" which was dropped on November 18. Speaking of the 15-track set, which also features a guest appearance from Ty Dolla $ign, he told Zane Lowe, "At this point, we're not worried about…I feel like just, I didn't want to worry about too much outside things, you know what I'm saying? Just period."
"I didn't want to worry about anything outside of the studio," Roddy further explained. "I wanted to worry about the music the most and give my fans the best experience."
Aside from his music, Roddy recently made headlines for his generous act. A few days earlier, the "Down Below" rhymer made a quick stop at a Ralphs grocery store and told a group of shoppers that he would pay for their groceries.
"Yo yo yo. What's up? It's Roddy Ricch. You know, if I got any shoppers in here, we just came through to pay for everybody's groceries for the next 30 minutes," he declared in a clip surfacing online. "So, you know, if you got your groceries and you wanna have us pay for 'em, we 'gon help y'all out. We're here for y'all. You know what I'm saying? ... Make y'all way to the register. We got y'all. 'Preciate y'all. I love LA."
