The clip serves as the third music video from the Grammy-winning rapper's latest album, 'Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers', following 'N95' visuals and 'We Cry Together' short film starring Taylour Paige.

AceShowbiz - Kendrick Lamar has given "Rich Spirit" a music video treatment. Arriving on Wednesday, November 15, the clip shows the famous rapper dancing passionately to his "Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers" track.

Donning a red outfit, Kendrick shows off his dancing skills in a barren house. Towards the end of the video, he can be seen eating all alone in a dark, empty kitchen. The Calmatic-directed visuals concludes with the emcee receiving a mysterious call.

According to Genius, " 'Rich Spirit' depicts an irreverent Kendrick talking about his own qualities while trying to stand firm against the criticism against him." In the chorus, he raps, "Rich n***a, broke phone/ Tryna keep the balance, I'm stayin' strong/ Stop playin' with me 'fore I turn you to a song/ Stop playin' with me 'fore I turn you to a song."

This serves as the third music video from Kendrick's latest album, "Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers". He previously dropped visuals for "N95" and a short film for "We Cry Together" starring Taylour Paige.

"Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in May, marking his fourth No. 1 on the list. The fifth studio album from the Compton-born rapper earned 295,500 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending May 19, according to Luminate.

Kendrick himself has scored eight Grammy nominations for the project. He's nominated for Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "The Heart Part 5", Best Rap Album, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance, Best Music Video as well as and Best Melodic Rap Performance.
