The 'Knives Out' star and his actress girlfriend are photographed walking hand-in-hand while strolling through Central Park in New York City, hours after news of their relationship broke.

AceShowbiz - Chris Evans and Alba Baptista are officially an item as evidenced by their first PDA photos. Hours after news broke that the pair have been dating for over a year, they have been spotted together for the first time.

The Captain America depicter and the Portuguese actress were caught holding hands while going on a stroll through Central Park in New York City on Thursday, November 10. In pictures obtained by Page Six, the lovebirds held on tightly to one another as they made their way through the crowded streets.

The couple appeared to be trying to go incognito under their face masks and matching sunglasses. They seemed to notice the paparazzi at one point because they quickly kept their heads down and let go of each other's hand on their way out of the park.

The pair kept it casual during the outing. Chris opted for a black T-shirt, gray sweatpants and a black hat with a pair of black-and-white Nike sneakers. He also carried a black backpack. As for Alba, the 25-year-old star looked chic in a beige turtleneck sweater and bright red leggings while also carrying a black backpack.

PEOPLE was the first to reveal the love relationship between Chris and Alba. "They are in love and Chris has never been happier," a source told the publication adding, "His family and friends all adore her." According to the source, the pair have been together for more than a year and the romance is "serious."

The news arrived after Chris was named PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive 2022 earlier this month. In an interview with the outlet, he got candid about his desire to get married and start a family. "That's absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family," he confessed.

The 41-year-old hunk continued, "When you read about most of the best artists, whether it's actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn't the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships; the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared."

"So it's also something through my long 41 years that also rings true. Those things are the most important," added "The Gray Man" star. "I love the idea of tradition and ceremony. I had a lot of that in my life, so the idea of creating that - I can't think of anything better."
