The NBA legend fires back at the controversial rapper after the Yeezy designer takes aim at the former pro basketball player following Shaq's criticism of Kyrie Irving.

AceShowbiz - Shaquille O'Neal doesn't need Kanye West to mind his business. The former NBA star has fired back at the controversial rapper after the latter weighed in on his business dealings with Jamie Salter following Shaq's criticism of Kyrie Irving.
"Shaq is in business with Jamie Salter Jaimie first said he's 50/50 with David Beckham and 50/50 with Shaq," Ye tweeted on Thursday, November 3. "I said 'Jamie . . . There's no such thing as 50/50 in business . . . Who has the extra 1 percent for the control and voting rights."
The Atlanta native continued, "Jamie then said he's actually got the 51 percent on both those deals." He went on stressing, "We as the creators and talent get so caught up in our vanity that we don't read or understand the fine print Like [Dave Chappelle] said, we need to stop giving up control over our own names and our likeness."
Catching wind of Ye's attack, Shaq didn't stay silent. "Believe me you don't know me like that," the 50-year-old wrote back to Ye. Taking a jab at the rapper's fall from grace, he added. "Worry about your business, and to quote the once great Kanye west 'I got more money than you, so why would i listen to you' take my advice get your family business in order. Have a great day brother."
Jamie is a Canadian billionaire. His company Authentic Brands Group manages Shaq's name and likeness. Jamie previously said ABG bought 50% of Shaq's future earnings. Shaq is one of the company's largest shareholders.
Meanwhile, Kanye's rant at Shaq appeared to stem from the former athlete's criticism of Kyrie, who has been accused of anti-Semitism after he shared a link to a questionable documentary. The sports analyst called Kyrie an "idiot," but Ye showed his support to the Brooklyn Nets player. He wrote on Twitter, "They make us bully ourselves because of our business alignments."
