AceShowbiz - October 31 means more than just Halloween for Willow Smith and her family. While most people were celebrating the spooky festivities on Monday, the young star celebrated her own milestone that day as it also marked her 22nd birthday.
Giving the spotlight to Willow on her special day were her famous parents, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. Taking to his Instagram page, the Oscar-winning actor posted a birthday tribute in which he revealed how his daughter and sons have changed him into a "better" man.
"Happy Born Day, Ma Bean!" the 54-year-old wrote along with montage of throwback photos and footage of his daughter. "When I was younger, I couldn't wait to have kids cuz I thought I had so much stuff to teach them."
The "King Richard" star added, "Who knew that y'all were the ones who were gonna school me?! I am becoming a better human everyday because you are my daughter. Thanx for teaching an old dog new tricks!"
Jada, meanwhile, posted on her own page an adorable picture of Willow dressing as a witch as a child. "Happy Birthday to my favorite spooky girl in the whole wide world!!!" she captioned it. "It may be your 22nd Willoween but you are still my baby Forever and for always."
Willow herself marked her birthday by sharing a video of her snuggling up with a dog on a couch. "The way he's literally spooning me... One hand here, one hand there," she said in the clip, which saw her lying under a white blanket while the dog was comfortably placing its head on her.
"What we're gonna do with you?" someone behind the camera was heard saying of the pooch. The dog then started licking Willow's face. The singer/actress wrote in the caption, "This is <22>."
In the comment section, Willow received birthday wishes from her close ones and fans. Will's ex-wife Sheree Zampino wrote, "Happy Birthday Beautiful Girl!" Jordyn Woods followed suit as saying, "happy birthday!!! Love you rockstar." A follower gushed, "Happy Birthday gorgeous soul!!!!!" while another fan added, "so fkn cute!! happy birthday."
