AceShowbiz - Taraji P. Henson may have found herself a new man. Nearly two years after her split from her fiance Kelvin Hayden, the actress is now reported dating Janet Jackson's celebrity ex Jermaine Dupri.
Rumor has it that the "Empire" alum and the rapper have been spending a lot of time together lately. An eyewitness tells Media Take Out that the pair were spotted having dinner last week at an upscale restaurant in Buckhead in Atlanta.
It seems that the dinner was not just a friendly outing as a source claims that Taraji and Jermaine are involved in a romantic relationship. "Taraji likes to go out and enjoy life, and so does JD. They're perfect together," the so-called insider explains.
Taraji has been in Atlanta for months while she's doing voiceover work for the upcoming "Paw Patrol" feature film, "PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie". Words are while she's in town, she has been spending a good amount of time with Jermaine.
On Thursday night, October 26, the two were once again stepping out together to attend a private listening party for Dvsn, a popular Canadian R&B duo composed of singer Daniel Daley and producer Nineteen85, who are signed to Drake through his label OVO Sound. The two even looked comfortable around each other as they posed together at the event.
Taraji was last in an exclusive relationship with NFL player Kevin Hayden. The two got engaged in 2018 and planned to get married in 2020, but were forced to postpone the nuptials due to COVID-19 pandemic. They eventually called off their engagement and she announced their split in October 2020 during her appearance on "The Breakfast Club".
Meanwhile, Jermaine still maintains a friendship with his famous ex Janet. Back in September 2021, the "Together Again" songstress gave him a shout-out on his birthday, more than a decade after their split.
