According to the filmmaker's former nanny, the exchange set off the bitter fallout between the two women and the notoriously frosty premiere of 'Don't Worry Darling' in Venice.

AceShowbiz - Olivia Wilde's former nanny further shares details about the drama between the filmmaker, her ex Jason Sudeikis, her now-boyfriend Harry Styles and Florence Pugh. This time, the ex-nanny revealed how the "Don't Worry Darling" director told her ex Jason about Harry and Florence's alleged romance.
On Monday, October 24, Daily Mail revealed that the 38-year-old actress/filmmaker "had moaned to Jason Sudeikis about the blonde actress allegedly sleeping with Harry Styles." According to the nanny, the exchange set off the bitter fallout between the two women.
The nanny also said that it led to the notoriously frosty premiere of "Don't Worry Darling" in Venice. On September 5, Florence did appear on the red carpet but she refused to take part in a panel ahead of the event and declined to give any interviews about the film.
The latest revelation came days after the nanny revealed how Olivia and Jason's nine-year relationship fell apart shortly after the film director met Harry on set. Speaking to Daily Mail, the nanny said she had alerted the British actress to Olivia's complaints about the relationship with Harry before the premiere of the film.
"Olivia told Jason a couple of weeks after Harry started [on set] that Flo was f**king Harry and she had a boyfriend but was f**king Harry," claimed the nanny. "Then Olivia started seeing Harry herself. It was all very quick. A lot of people don't know that."
The nanny also told the outlet that the seemingly jealous Olivia was "giddy" around the British actor/singer on set in October 2020, saying, "The first time I noticed anything was when I took her daughter out to be in the movie." She further claimed, "Olivia was acting giddy and she was putting her face in her hands and saying she couldn't believe he was so young. I didn't know who Harry Styles was at the time, and I thought, 'Wow, I've never seen her like that.' "
Aside from that, the nanny made other accusations against Jason, including that he discovered Olivia and Harry's tryst via an old Apple Watch and threw himself under Olivia's car after she made special salad dressing before going to see the former One Direction member. The "Ted Lasso" star allegedly fired the nanny in a fit of drunken rage last February.
Responding to the shocking allegations, Olivia and Jason said in a joint statement, "As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children [Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6] would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly."
Later, Olivia gave a powerful speech at Elle's Women in Hollywood celebration on October 17. "Let's face it, it's not always easy to keep going," she said. She later clarified that she still feels "energized" and "motivated to keep fighting through the hellfire," adding, "It often takes the form of a tight grip of your shoulders and an intense stare into your eyes and a defiant, 'Do not let them f**k with you.' "
