John Martin Tilli, a 49-year-old military veteran, reportedly informs the court to dismiss the assault and battery lawsuit against the singer/rapper more than a year after filing the complaint.

AceShowbiz - Machine Gun Kelly can now breathe a sigh of relief. The "Bloody Valentine" rocker no longer faces legal trouble as he has been dismissed from the assault and battery lawsuit filed against him by a disabled parking lot attendant.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, John Martin Tilli, has dropped all allegations against MGK. However, it was not clearly stated why the 49-year-old decided to dismiss the case.
John filed the complaint on September 8, 2021, accusing MGK of assault, battery, negligence and elder abuse. The military veteran alleged that MGK became aggressive towards him and pushed him after he asked the star if he had a permit to shoot his movie "Good Mourning With a U" in a Studio City, California parking lot on 23 August that year.
John claimed he was in charge of opening a gate to let bank branch employees into the lot and when he spotted Megan Fox's fiance filming, he asked if he had permission. Upon discovering the crew did not have the correct permits, he asked them to leave, but MGK reportedly pushed him instead as members of his crew yelled in a threatening manner.
John, who described himself as a "sensitive, soft-spoken, gentle, quiet person" in his filing, revealed that he has "a mental and/or emotional condition that was made worse by Kelly's wrongful conduct." John added that his disability made him "more susceptible to injury that a normal healthy person would have been."
MGK did not immediately respond to John's lawsuit, prompting the latter to request default judgment in February this year.
