AceShowbiz - Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena are now legally single. The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" alum and his now-ex-wife reportedly finalized their divorce on September 12 after agreeing on terms during an arbitration.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, a judge ordered Safaree to pay Erica $4,305 a month in child support. The docs also stated that Erica will go by her maiden name again as their marriage was over.

Erica and Safaree tied the knot in New Jersey in October 2019. At that time, the former couple was already expecting their first child together, Safire Majesty.

The former "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star then filed for divorce from the "Liar" rapper in May 2021 when she was pregnant with their second child, 1-year-old son Legend Brian. They welcomed the baby boy in June that year.

Erica and Safaree haven't been on good terms following their split despite sparking reconciliation rumors last November. In August, the former model and video vixen poked fun at her ex after he threatened to sue people who unleashed his sex tape with Kimbella Matos.

"I am Taking full legal and criminal action," the rapper declared on Twitter. "The person who did that is going to pay. And I am not letting up either. Not letting this 1 slide. This is a cyber crime and I am pressing full charges!!"

Catching wind of the post, Erica wrote on her own page, "Can one of y'all ask this fool to pay these bills that's been pending for months on this parenting app before he starts fake 'suing' himself and his paid sex partner." She simply added, "SMH."

Erica herself previously called out Safaree and his alleged girlfriend Kimbella on Twitter. "Talking crazy about your baby mother to your prostitute but you don't even know your kid sizes is a weird flex," she argued in a tweet, which Kimbella reposted on her Instagram Story as she warned, "You gotta be real stupid to let your BS get back to me. I will air you out and bury you."
