A person claiming to be at the scene when the Philadelphia hip-hop star was robbed and shot to death alleges that Stephanie Sibounheuang was not as 'scared' as the alleged eyewitness' daughter.

AceShowbiz - Some people are unable to cry, scream or even move when they are in emotional shock. Maybe that's what PnB Rock's girlfriend Stephanie Sibounheuang experienced after witnessing her boyfriend getting robbed and shot multiple times.
A person claiming to be at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles restaurant when the late 30-year-old rap artist was attacked detailed the tragic encounter. In a social media post which was reposted by Got Da Scoop via Instagram on Thursday, September 15, the alleged eyewitness said, "The guy was a young black man about 25 years old, he was wearing a purple shirt and covered his mouth with a black cloth mask."
"My daughter and I were right outside the restaurant, we heard the 3 shots, the restaurant security guard was the first to run, and after 4 minutes the guy came out as if nothing happened, with the gun in his hand and walking calmly, he didn't even run," the said person added. "Then she (the girlfriend) went outside, talking on the phone, but she wasn't even crying or screaming."
Offering more details, the anonymous source continued, "The policemen were slow to arrive and the ambulance even longer," before adding, "My daughter was more scared than the *girlfriend*."
Indeed, in a graphic video circulating on social media, Stephanie wasn't screaming or crying hysterically while she was standing around PnB Rock, who was lying on the restaurant floor covered in blood. Meanwhile, in the footage, Stephanie could be heard telling everyone in the room that she wanted to drive him to the hospital herself as it took longer to wait for the ambulance.
The tragic incident happened on Monday, September 12. According to Los Angeles police Capt. Kelly Muniz, the shooting took place at 1:15 P.M. Then at around 1:29 P.M., PnB Rock was pronounced dead shortly after being escorted to a nearby hospital.
As for now, cops are reportedly alerting local pawn shops to keep an eye out for the jewelry stolen off the rapper's neck. According to TMZ, LAPD believes that the murderer, who had been targeting the "Selfish" rapper through social media posts that he and his girlfriend Stephanie made, would want to get rid of the jewelry quickly as it would directly link him to the crime if he kept it.
