"This next tour will be my last. I love and thank you guys," the former Disney darling continued in a follow-up post. "I can't do this anymore."
Hours later, Demi declared that she will keep performing amid her health concerns. "Gonna power thru it for you guys," she stated. "I'll need help singing so sing loud for be bb's!!"
While Demi hasn't provided more details about her medical condition, many of her fans showed her with support. "We love you demi, you're not alone. remember that you and your health is above everything," one person wrote, adding the hashtag, "#WeLoveYouDemi."
"Demi lovato means the whole world to me.. but I've always had this awful feeling everytime they go on tour it's not good for them mentally or physically," another penned. "i genuinely worry when they tour, i just want them to be happy and healthy."
The individual continued, "demis health and happiness is the priority it always will be.. yes the idea of no touring again is heartbreaking i feel it too but the alternative is much much worse.. if your here for the right reasons demis health comes above all of that."
