The 26-year-old model faces second-degree murder charges for allegedly stabbing her 27-year-old boyfriend, Christian 'Toby' Obumseli, during a domestic dispute in April.

AceShowbiz - Courtney Clenney a.k.a. Courtney Tailor is being held without bond. The OnlyFans star's request to post bond has been denied by the court after she pleaded not guilty to fatally stabbing her boyfriend Christian "Toby" Obumseli.

The 26-year-old model made her first court appearance in Miami-Dade County on Saturday, August 28. Her lawyer Frank Prieto said she should be facing a manslaughter rap at most and was deserving of a bond package. However, Judge Jacqueline Woodward denied that bid, sending the social media star back behind bars until her arraignment hearing on Wednesday.

According to court records obtained by Radar, Courtney pleaded not guilty earlier this month after she was arrested in Hawaii and extradited to Miami-Dade, Florida, where she faces one second-degree murder charge in connection to the suspected murder of her late boyfriend.

"Obumseli was the abuser, the worst kind of abuser. He would manipulate and abuse Courtney in private when he thought nobody was around," Frank said in a statement one day after Courtney was arrested in Hawaii on August 10. "She will be exonerated, and Courtney will be seen for what she is: a victim of domestic abuse that survived her abuser."

"Do not forget that the initial investigation from the City of Miami Police Department uncovered an independent witness who saw Obumseli hitting Courtney in the head," Frank added. "The medical examiner has formulated conclusory opinions that will not stand up to scientific scrutiny."

More recently, Courtney and her legal team asked the court to keep evidence in the murder case private after Miami State Attorney Kathie Fernandez Rundle made public surveillance footage that saw Courtney beating Christian multiple times in an elevator over a month before the alleged murder.

"It's been the defense that has been frankly keeping this case within media attention," said her lawyer Frank. "Mr. Obumseli was dead for five days and the defense was making statements to the media both in print and on television and local news." However, the request has been opposed by the prosecutors.

Of the tragic incident, police said they received a frantic call from Courtney at about 5 P.M. on April 3. She reportedly told authorities she and Christian were fighting when he suddenly grabbed her by the throat, prompting her to stab him with a kitchen knife 3.5 inches in self-defense.

Police arrived at the scene shortly after and found the man with a single stab wound to his chest. With a broken subclavian artery, he was immediately transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Despite being covered in Christian's blood, Courtney was not arrested due to her mental health issues. When she was taken to the police department for questioning, she reportedly threatened to kill herself. As for now, Christian's family wants Courtney to be given a life sentence for murder.
