Instead of speaking ill of the 'Black Widow' star, the 'Don't Worry Darling' director describes the former as 'the most exciting young actress working today.'

AceShowbiz - Olivia Wilde proved that she's not feuding with Florence Pugh. While shutting down beef rumors between the two, the "Don't Worry Darling" director gushed over the Alice depicter in the upcoming psychological thriller.

"I had been blown the f**k away by her," the 38-year-old told Variety. "I loved the film, but I loved her. I was just like, 'Well, she's extraordinary. She's clearly the most exciting young actress working today.' "

Page Six reported in July that Florence was unhappy about her and Harry Styles' relationship. There was also chatter about Harry being paid three times more than the "Midsommar" leading lady.

Addressing the chatter, Olivia said, "There has been a lot out there that I largely don't pay attention to." She added, "But the absurdity of invented clickbait and subsequent reaction regarding a nonexistent pay disparity between our lead and supporting actors really upset me."

"I'm a woman who has been in this business for over 20 years, and it's something that I have fought for myself and others, especially being a director," the ex-fiancee of Jason Sudeikis further explained. There is absolutely no validity to those claims."

Florence herself has yet to react to the feud speculations. However, she hinted at her fallout with Olivia as she didn't respond to the latter's Instagram post in which she shared the full official trailer of "Don't Worry Darling".

The "Tron Legacy" star, meanwhile, spoke highly about the British beauty as she posted a photo of Florence with the caption, "Watching this woman work was such a f**king thrill!" She then raved, "Cannot wait to show you more. @florencepugh@dontworrydarling."

Florence once again didn't even "like" the post. She, instead, posted a teaser trailer for her other new project "Oppenheimer". However, a source revealed at that time, "I heard she was already scheduled to post [about 'Oppenheimer'] that day for some specific reason, it had nothing to do with a response to Olivia."
