The 'F**kin' Problems' rapper is now being sued by Terell Ephron, who is a former A$AP Mob member, over the alleged shooting that led to his arrest last April.

AceShowbiz - A$AP Rocky's alleged shooting victim has come forward and he is none other than his former NYC collaborator. The 33-year-old star is now being sued by Terell Ephron, a former A$AP Mob member who used to carry the moniker "A$AP Relli", over the 2021 shooting that led to his arrest last April.

Relli is suing Rocky for assault and battery. In the lawsuit, he claims that the "L$D" spitter set up a meeting in an obscure location in central Hollywood "to discuss a disagreement between the two of them" that led to the shooting.

"Unbeknownst to Mr. Ephron, A$AP Rocky was not just planning for a conversation and came armed with a semi-automatic handgun," read a statement provided to Rolling Stone by Relli's attorneys Jamal Tooson and Brian Hurwitz. "After arriving at the location, a conversation ensued whereby without provocation, warning, or any justification, A$AP Rocky produced the handgun and intentionally fired multiple shots at Mr. Ephron."

Relli, who now works as a talent manager and producer alongside fashion and jewelry ventures, claims he suffered injuries to his hand that required medical attention. According to the statement, the entire incident was captured by nearly surveillance cameras.

Rocky was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department at Los Angeles International Airport back in April upon his return from Barbados with his then-pregnant girlfriend Rihanna. "Early this morning, LAPD officers arrested Mayers for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm) at the Los Angeles International Airport," the LAPD detailed the arrest via Twitter at the time. "The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration."

It was reported that the arrest stemmed from a November 6, 2021 incident, during which he reportedly shot at an alleged victim three to four times near Vista Del Mar and Selma Avenue around 10:20 P.M. following an argument. Rocky was released several hours later after posting a $550k bail.

Following the arrest, another A$AP Mob member, A$AP Bari, accused Relli of snitching on Rocky. The co-founder of the New York hip-hop collective took to his Instagram Story to share a photo of Relli and wrote over it, "This rat a** n***a told on Rocky f**king rat. @relli_boss why you went to the police."
