Lil Duval always gives fans something to laugh about in any circumstances. The "Big Sexy Thang" spitter, who is now in recovery following an ATV accident, revealed that his fans urged him to get height surgery instead of sending him well wishes.
On Tuesday, August 9, the stand-up comedian shared an audio message from one of his followers, telling him to take the procedure. In the caption, he wrote, "I've had over 100 people in my DM's tellin me the same thing [crying laughing emojis] i know this hard to believe but i really like being short."
Many have since laughed upon seeing the post. Others, meanwhile, gave Duval some encouragement. "Short men are the realist!!!" one person wrote. Another replied, "What's the point if you still gonna have the same length arms, peeps out here trying to have you looking disproportionate as f**k. We need you based in reality, not with your head in the clouds. Heal up bub!"
Duval got into an accident in the Bahamas in late July. He was riding a 4-wheeler when he was hit by a car. He has been documenting his recovery journey on Instagram and on August 4, the funnyman shared a video showing him learning to walk again while seemingly holding his pain.
In the footage, someone filmed Duval as he struggled to push the pedals of a walking machine while sitting on a wheelchair. "There you go," the man behind the camera encouraged him as the funnyman counted to ten.
He appeared to be breathing heavily but was relieved after finishing the session. "Ask anybody that ever had a broke hip and femur could they do this in a week. and i did this with no PAIN MEDICINE!" he boasted in the caption, adding, "I'm bout to show y'all how God really work #walkingtestimony."
