The 45-year-old comedian issues a public apology after commenting on a video from 'The Checkup: With Dr. David Agus' in which 'The Masked Singer' host reflects on his son Zen's passing.

AceShowbiz - Lil Duval might have regretted commenting on a video of Nick Cannon's recent interview. Upon learning that "The Masked Singer" host wasn't feeling his remark after he opened up about fatherhood, the 45-year-old comedian issued a public apology.
It all started after The Shade Room shared a clip from "The Checkup: With Dr. David Agus" where Nick admitted he felt guilty for not having enough time for his 11 children. He also reflected on the passing of his cancer-stricken son Zen.
"Being a father of multiple kids, it's always the biggest guilt on me is that I don't get to spend enough time with all my children," the 42-year-old explained in the interview. "One 'cause I'm constantly working and two because I'm just spread thin."
Nick went on to detail when he and Zen's mom Alyssa Scott learned that the baby was ill. "I remember one day I started to notice, he got an interesting way how was breathing... His head was a little larger," he elaborated.
Duval then commented, "It took 12 kids to realize this [three crying laughing emojis]." Not happy with the reply, Nick responded, "if you find something funny about this clip that deserves [crying laughing emoji] Call me directly. I will explain everything to you face to face."
Duval then expressed his remorse. He said, "I didn't realize he was talking about his child that past i apologize."
As for Nick, he is currently expecting another child with Alyssa, marking his 12th. In addition, he shares 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; Golden, 5, Powerful Queen, 2, and Rise, two months, with Brittany Bell; twins Zion and Zillion, 17 months, and one-month-old Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa; Legendary Love, 5 months, with Bre Tiesi; and Onyx Ice, 2 months, with LaNisha Cole.
