The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star is approached by a woman who hands her papers for a $50 million racketeering lawsuit when she walks out of the LAX.

AceShowbiz - Erika Jayne had to soon face the harsh reality of her life shortly after enjoying a luxe getaway. The singer was served with a $50 million racketeering lawsuit upon returning from her lavish Hawaii vacation.

On Friday night, July 22, Erika was back to Los Angeles after the tropical trip, during which she spent five nights in a luxurious Maui Airbnb which costs $205,000 a month to rent. She was joined by her "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins on the vacation.

In a video obtained by Page Six, Erika was leaving the Los Angeles International Airport when a woman approached her with two thick stacks of documents. "I just wanted to give you these documents. This is a summons and complaint to serve you," the woman told the reality TV star.

Erika seemed upset as she ripped the 60-page document out of the woman's hand. She was dressed in sweatpants and sneakers following her first-class flight back from Hawaii. She appeared to go makeup free with a face mask covering her face, while her hair was styled in a tight top knot.

The new lawsuit, filed by Edelson PC, accuses Erika of nine charges including racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering and receipt of stolen property. It claims, "Tom and Erika routinely misappropriated client settlement money to project an image of wealth and to prop up a lifestyle made for reality TV."

It also alleges that Erika's company EJ Global "was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika." According to the papers, Erika "flaunted" her pricey lifestyle on "RHOBH" and on social media, "acting as the 'frontwoman' of the operation." Additionally, the suit claims that Erika was aware of her estranged husband's "scheme," which allegedly embezzled settlement funds for the victims of Lion Air Flight 610.
