The Baton Rogue native takes to Instagram to address a viral video of him lashing out at cops while being detained and handcuffed on the road, insisting that he was being 'targeted.'

AceShowbiz - Boosie Badazz (formerly Lil Boosie) has lamented his recent detainment that was caught on camera. Taking to Instagram to vent his frustration, the rapper admitted to losing his "cool," but insisted that he was being "targeted."

"I lost my cool this morning but... I've been being targeted, man," he said in a video which was recorded while he was being shirtless in a car on Thursday, July 14. "Every time I pulled out, my car is getting pulled over."

The Baton Rogue native claimed he moved to rural Georgia to stay away from trouble and has done nothing wrong. "I'm tired at this s**t," he shared in the clip. "I came to Georgia to do right. Ain't no trouble. I don't f**k with nobody. Ain't no beef."

The 39-year-old went on claiming, "Most of the police respect me especially in the city. But I'm being targeted, bro. I'm being targeted and harassed. I ain't go back down. I ain't do nothing wrong. I ain't go back down."

Earlier on Thursday, TMZ published a video of Boosie going on a rant during a traffic stop in Georgia. According to cops, the rapper was the passenger in a black Cadilla SUV on Wednesday morning, July 13 with a 19-year-old man named De'Shun Lawrence when they got pulled over for heavy window tint and concealed tags.

Police said they smelled marijuana, so they searched the vehicle and found a large bag of cash and a bag of weed. That's why they cuffed Boosie and De'Shun and told them to stand on the side of the ride.

At first, Boosie looked calm while talking to an officer. However, he reached his breaking point while waiting for the cops to finish up. "I can't be going through this though, bro," he started yelling at them. "It's harassment, it's every day."

"I can't even live. I moved to the country to f**kin' live, bro," the 39-year-old said at one point in the footage. "Lock me up for whatever the f**k you want to lock me up for," he said as he grew increasingly frustrated, adding that he's "tired of being f**ked with."

"Car's not stolen, registration is right, the tag is right. ... You f**king motherf**kers are targeting my vehicles," he insisted. He also threatened to sue and spit on cops, believing that he wouldn't be harassed if he were a white college athlete.

"I'ma spit on every f**king nurse in that b***h. I'ma make you charge me. I'ma show you how I get down when I get locked up. I'ma make them b***hes want me," he shouted. "I'm going out like a gangsta. You oughta knock my f**king teeth out. And you gon' get sued like a dog."

He went on taunting, "I'm ready now. I'm all the way ready. I'ma show 'em how I get down. Watch, I'ma punch on the first white boy I see in that b***. Any nurse, I'ma spit on that b***h. I ain't playing, man. I'm tired, bruh. Watch how I shine in this b***h."

The traffic stop resulted in a minor citation for marijuana as one of the officers informed Boosie that marijuana is illegal in Georgia. Police eventually removed the handcuffs from him and he was allowed to leave. Though the report did not mention which agency handled the traffic stop, the vehicle seen in the footage shows the Fairburn Police Department in Fulton County was involved.

After the video of the traffic stop went viral, many have come to Boosie's defense. "The body cam footage but I feel you Boosie!" one Twitter user reacted. "Especially when you knowing how this System is Injustice and Anti-BlackRacism against Black People especially Black Men! To the point that it do take a Toll on your Emotions on how you React to these things!"

Another shared, "This is WHY I just stay home. We are literally being targeted out. HUNTED! Gun downed, handcuffed and searched for no reason. No matter how good of a person you are, THEY will always see us as criminals and treat us as such.Boosie has a right to be upset."

"That Boosie video is my exact thoughts when I get pulled over except I don't say it out loud," a third commented, as a fourth user noted, "The boosie situation is actually sad b/ctruly as black ppl in America we are f**king tireddddd. Exhausted if you will. Smh!"

"I know Boosie is wrong 99% of the time, but him getting targeted in a nice car over weed is some unacceptable bulls**t," another commented.
