AceShowbiz - Jhene Aiko is officially having a bun in the oven. Weeks after she was hit by pregnancy rumors, the "Chilombo" artist was spotted flaunting her baby bump during an outing in Los Angeles with her boyfriend Big Sean.
In photos obtained by TMZ, the 34-year-old expectant mom was seen wearing a gray maxi dress while walking next to his beau in Beverly Hills on Saturday, July 2. During the stroll, she made no effort to hide her burgeoning belly.
Aiko paired her dress with white sandals. As for Sean, he opted to go with a white T-shirt, brown pants and white-and-green sneakers. He completed his look by wearing a black-and-white hat.
Following the release of the photos, Aiko and Sean confirmed that they are indeed expecting their first child together. "The couple are overjoyed and look forward to this next chapter," a representative for the pair told the outlet.
The words about Aiko's supposed pregnancy surfaced online in June after a fan allegedly tweeted about their encounter with the couple. "I jus saw Jhene Aiko and Big Sean at Whole Foods and she's very pregnant iktr Sean," the fan tweeted, without giving photographic evidence of it.
According to The Neighborhood Talk, "this fan is not the only person to allude that Jhene is pregnant." Per the outlet's Instagram account, "Sources close to the couple have also confirmed that a baby is, for sure, on the way."
The baby will be Aiko's second child and Sean's first. Aiko already has a 13-year-old daughter named Namiko Love Browner, whom she shares with her ex, R&B singer O'Ryan.
This, however, isn't the first time Aiko became pregnant with Sean's child. In his song "Deep Reverence" which was released in 2020 and featured Nipsey Hussle, the emcee revealed that she had been pregnant with their child, but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage.
Aiko and Sean, who formed a duo named Twenty88, became an item in 2016. The two briefly split in 2019, but were since confirmed to be dating again after being sighted together at Super Bowl LVI.
