Several tweets claim that the 'Elvis' star punched the 'Flash' actor during an argument at a pub in Tokyo, but sources close to the Elvis Presley depicter says he never ran into the 'Fantastic Beasts' actor during his time in Japan.

AceShowbiz - Austin Butler and Ezra Miller were not fighting in Japan despite circulating rumor stating otherwise. Several Twitter users claimed to have witnessed the two actors' alleged brawl in Tokyo, during which the "Elvis" star allegedly punched "The Flash" actor, but the news has been debunked.
Sources close to Austin tell TMZ the story is nowhere near the truth as the incident never happened. While the actor was in Japan to promote his movie "Elvis", he never went to a bar during his time there. Additionally, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department confirms to the news outlet that there's no record of the said incident.
The rumor of Austin and Ezra's alleged altercation originated in a June 28 tweet. "I don't have any proof of this (my phone died) but I saw Austin Butler and #EzraMiller fight at a pub here in Tokyo," a user claimed. The former "The Carrie Diaries" star was reportedly in the bar with friends and girlfriend Kaia Gerber when Ezra approached him to start a conversation.
The source went on to claim that "after a while Ezra started shouting," though he didn't know what the alleged argument was about as "the pub was very loud." According to the source, "Austin was visibly unhappy" and "he punched Ezra, which caused Ezra to get angry." Ezra was held back by their two friends and escorted out of the premises by security, it was claimed.
The same user noted that "the police weren't called," while Austin and his group "stayed for a few more hours with no issues" before they left the bar.
Another user then corroborated the unconfirmed story, saying that it was all Ezra's fault. "Ezra Miller is a d**k. Dude escaped hawaii and came to terrorize Tokyo lmao," the second user tweeted. "He was at a regular pub of mine last night and talk s**t with another actor who was there before him. Ezra got punched by the actor and then got kicked out."
The rumored Tokyo brawl aside, Ezra faces a new allegation of abuse by a German woman. Variety reported on Thursday, June 30 that the woman, named Nadia, admitted to having had a consensual sexual encounter with the actor in 2020 and a warm, two-year friendship with them, mostly via text message.
In February of this year, the actor went to her apartment in Berlin at her invitation after they hadn't seen each other since two years before. However, after a friendly interaction, the actor's mood reportedly sharply turned because she told them that they couldn't smoke inside her home.
"That just set them off," Nadia said, detailing Ezra's insults which included calling her a "transphobic piece of s**t" and a "Nazi." She said she asked them to leave for about 20 times, "maybe more," but "they were going around my house, looking at everything, touching everything, spreading tobacco leaves on the floor. It felt disgusting and very intrusive."
Nadia said Ezra left once she called the police. While she said she never felt at risk of sexual assault that night, she believed the actor "could somehow attack me physically," adding, "I totally felt unsafe."
A woman, who was seen being choked by Ezra in Iceland in a video which surfaced last year, has also spoken up about the incident. The woman claimed she and the actor, who had become a regular at bars in Reykjavík, had a friendly conversation at the bar prior to the quarrel. She said she inquired about the actor's feet after noticing some wounds, which Ezra explained were battle scars from a fight.
The woman said she joked, "But just so you know, I could take you in a fight," as she walked away, to which Ezra replied, "You really want to fight?" The woman told them to meet her in the smoking area in two minutes and Ezra confronted her outside the bar. "I think it's just fun and games - but then it wasn’t," the woman said about being placed in a chokehold by the actor before the person who filmed the video stopped to intervene.
Ezra has been arrested multiple times for assault in Hawaii earlier this year and faces separate allegations of acting inappropriately toward a 12-year-old nonbinary child and grooming a teenage girl. At this time, his future in DCEU remains unclear though they have completed the filming of "The Flash" solo movie, which is slated for a 2023 release.
