The 'Jackass' star has vanished from LifeSkills residential facility for the second time, less than two weeks after he fled the rehab facility where he's been receiving treatment under court order.

AceShowbiz - Bam Margera has just bailed on his rehab again. The skateboarder has been reported missing from a Florida rehab facility for the second time in a month, less than two weeks after he was reported missing and then found.

According to law enforcement sources, per TMZ report, Bam was last seen around 5:30 P.M. in Deerfield Beach, FL, after he left LifeSkills residential facility without permission. He was sporting a black shirt, black sweatpants and black sneakers.

Broward County detectives are currently searching for the 42-year-old troubled star, asking anyone with information regarding Bam's whereabouts to call them.

Bam sparked a similar search earlier this month after he was reported missing from the rehab facility on Monday, June 13. After a two-day hunt, cops found him at a Delray Beach hotel, where he had been shacking up after bouncing from the rehab facility, on Wednesday.

According to his representative, Bam's recent breakup from his wife Nikki Boyd factored in his poor decision to bolt from the court-mandated rehab center. He reportedly had not been able to contact Nikki or his son Phoenix Wolf since they called it quits weeks before.

The stunt performer was also unhappy because he was not getting special treatment as a celebrity at the facility. While it's not surprising that the facility wasn't giving him special treatment, other facilities that he had checked in to in the past have treated him differently, so that also drove him to leave the treatment center.

During his unauthorized exit from rehab, Bam was reportedly off his medication for several days and his team was worried he'd relapsed. He was additionally spotted at a few bars close to his hotel on Tuesday night.

Bam has been in and out of rehab multiple times since 2009. During his two rehab stints in 2009 and 2013, he sought treatment for alcoholism, but left before completing the program. In January 2018, he entered rehab for the third time after a DUI and remained sober for seven months. In May of this year, he also announced that he had completed one year of sobriety treatment.
