The 'Big Bang Theory' alum and her equestrian ex finalize their divorce more than a month after she makes her romance with actor Tom Pelphrey Instagram official.

AceShowbiz - Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook finalized their divorce nearly a year after she filed the court documents. "The Flight Attendant" alum and her now-ex-husband became legally single again on Monday, June 20.
Kaley filed the divorce papers to the Los Angeles Superior Court in September last year, just days after she and Karl released a joint statement about their separation. "Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realised that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions," the statement read.
"We have made this decision together through an immense amount of respect and consideration for one another," the former couple added. They also said that "there is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary."
When speaking to Glamour magazine in April, Kaley declared that she "will never get married again." Though so, she added that she's not opposed to finding a lasting relationship. "I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership. But I will never get married again," she explained. "Absolutely not. You can literally put that on the cover."
"But I believe in love because I've had incredible relationships. I know that they're out there. I like being someone's partner and having that companionship," Kaley, who was previously married to former tennis player Ryan Sweeting, continued. "We've all been there where you think, 'Oh, my God, I'm never going to meet someone else.' And you do."
Kaley later said, "There are great people that come into your life and they leave your life. And there are reasons for all of it." She then noted that she believes when she "[agrees] to let it go, someone else magical comes into [her] life," before pointing out, "So I do believe there is someone out there."
In the following month, Kaley confirmed that she is dating fellow actor Tom Pelphrey. When making their romance Instagram official, she treated fans to several loved-up pictures featuring her boyfriend.
In two Polaroid photos, Kaley cuddled up to Tom as she made a silly face in one of them. The twosome flashed a smile as the actress sweetly gazed at her man in another snap. The pair looked in so love as the "Ozark" star was seen planting a kiss on his girlfriend's cheek in another image.
In the caption, Kaley hinted at how her life has turned for the better now. "Life lately 'the sun breaks through the clouds, rays of gold slipping into my eyes and heart, rays of yellow to break the grey,' " she boasted.
