The episode featured Khloe dealing with the aftermath after Kim Kardashian learned about Tristan's paternity drama. The NBA star, while admitted that they had sex with a woman Maralee Nichols, was asked for a paternity test after being sued for child support.

"I found out what Tristan is doing with the rest of the world," Khloe admitted in the episode. "A courtesy would be not doing it. But fine - if you do - you're not even going to give me a f**king heads up before the rest of the world? It's just an additional slap in my face. It's humiliating. I'm embarrassed. I would prefer to be alone than around people."

Khloe, who shares daughter True with the Chicago Bulls player, went on to say, "I'm replaying every event, every grand gesture, every trip, every date. All of that was a lie. God, how were you able to not say something? I feel just not really in my own body." She continued, "That these things are happening and I'm just going through the motions. But, I mean, when things happen to you a couple of times, you do kind of become immune to them, which is really sad."

Khloe even fainted because she was dehydrated amid the ordeal. "I'm not sure there's one thing that hurts more than the other in a situation like this. Everything is an act of betrayal. Everything is a lie. Everything is manipulation. It's deceit," she ranted.

She continued, "Did Tristan have every opportunity to tell me? Yes. Was Tristan going to tell me if there wasn't a baby involved? Absolutely not. And that shows a lot about his character. The entire thing is despicable."
