Despite the 'sexy rumors' that resulted in him being distanced from Beyonce, the Jamaican rapper says that he has no regrets collaborating with the 'Crazy in Love' hitmaker back in 2003.

AceShowbiz - Sean Paul set the record straight about rumors involving himself and Beyonce Knowles when they collaborated for their 2003 smash hit "Baby Boy". During a new interview, Sean addressed speculations that he and the pop diva, who was dating her now-husband Jay-Z at the time, hooked up.
Insisting that their relationship never escalated to more than a working relationship, Sean told The Daily Beast, "Nah! I wish I did!" He continued, "She's beautiful." Sean additionally claimed that they "only performed the song three times together-ever."
The Jamaican musician went on to explain, "She had a few hits with Destiny's Child, and they would do the Caribbean, but we didn't really hang out. I'd always admired her music and she's beautiful. So, when I heard Beyonce was stepping out on her own and wanted me to do a single, I was like 'Hell f**king yeah.' "
The hookup rumors "got really crazy" to the point the "Lemonade" songtress confronted Sean when they performed at the MTV Europe Music Awards in November of the same year. "She was pissed and was like 'I need to speak to you,' " he recalled. "So, we go back and talk and she's like 'What's all these rumors about?' and I'm like 'Yo, I'm not saying s**t," and she's like 'These rumors f**k with my career. I just want you to know that.' "
Even though Sean told Beyonce that the rumors weren't "coming from me," he claimed that he was eventually distanced from the pop star. He shared, "It's weird. Maybe it had something to do with her management at the time."
Despite that, the "Go Down Deh" rapper has no regrets working with the "Crazy in Love" hitmaker. Gushing over "Baby Boy", he said, "It was a big, fat, sexy song." He added they managed to create a "sexy video, sexy song, and a lot of sexy rumors" despite performing the song only a handful of times together.
