Having shared on her social media account about how she feels after losing her baby, the 'Toxic' hitmaker is showered with support from loving fans who hope she will feel better soon.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is still reeling from her recent pregnancy loss, but she does not shy away from telling others how she really feels. On Monday, May 16, the "Toxic" hitmaker got candid about her post-miscarriage mood by putting up a "Sex and the City" meme in her social media account.

Making use of her Instagram account, the "Oops… I Did It Again" hitmaker let out a screen capture of Sarah Jessica Parker's character crying with a text beneath that read, "I am not in the mood to be with a bunch of people." In the caption of the post, she opened up how she has been feeling as she wrote, "Unfortunately my mood these days … I honestly hope it doesn't turn into years !!!!"

In response to Britney's post, fans quickly flooded the comment section with a slew of supports. One commented, "I'm so sorry Brit. Hope you feel better soon, we love and support you." A second one wrote, "Sending you lots of love Britney!"

The "…Baby One More Time" hitmaker expressed regret for sharing the news too soon. "This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along however we were overly excited to share the good news," she continued.

In the statement, however, Britney noted that she and fiance Sam Asghari will keep on trying to build a family together. "Our love for each other is our strength. We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family," the 40-year-old singer assured, "We are grateful for all your support. We kindly ask for privacy during this difficult moment. Sam and Britney."

In the caption of her post, the "Hold It Against Me" hitmaker seemed to remain optimistic. "We are grateful for what we have in the process of expanding our beautiful family. Thank you for your support," she wrote. Sam also commented on her post, "We will have a miracle soon."

Britney's heartbreaking news was met with sympathy by her celebrity friends. Also mourning the loss was Paris Hilton who commented, "I'm so sorry for your loss sis. Always here for you. Sending you so much love. Love you lots B." Fellow singer Christina Aguilera simply wrote, "So sorry," with a bunch of heartbroken emojis.

The "I'm a Slave 4 U" songstress initially announced her pregnancy on April 11. She shared a photograph of a pink teacup via Instagram. To accompany the post, she wrote an announcement that read, "I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back… I thought 'Geez … what happened to my stomach ???' "

"My husband said 'No you're food pregnant silly !!!' So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby," Britney added. "4 days later I got a little more food pregnant. It's growing !!! If 2 are in there … I might just lose it."
