AceShowbiz - Lawson Bates and Tiffany Espensen have finally tied the knot. The "Bringing Up Bates" alum and the actress exchanged vows on Thursday, May 12 in a "magical" wedding held in the San Diego Harbor.
The newly-wed couple took to their respective Instagram accounts to share pictures from their nuptials. Alongside his post, which also featured some photos of the two locking lips, the 29-year-old singer simply gushed, "Mr. & Mrs. Setting sail into our forever!"
Tiffany, for her part, offered a longer caption. "May 12, 2022. The day my best friend also became my husband! Here's to our forever," she raved. "It was the most perfect day ever! We were blessed to set sail on a yacht in the San Diego Harbor with all our loved ones."
"From my dress, to photography, and driving away in my family's 1953 Blue Thunderbird, it was magical," the former Nickelodeon star added. "Lawson's song made me cry happiness, the playlist was epic, and the sunset on the water was incredible. Our ceremony had the best backdrop of the Coronado Bridge and a handmade cross with gorgeous flowers! We feel so blessed to finally be 'Mr. & Mrs.' "
Lawson and Tiffany gave more details about their nuptials in an interview with PEOPLE. "This day has superseded all expectations I have ever had... I could have never even dreamed of marrying someone so kind, sincere and passionate about life as Tiffany! She has the absolute most beautiful heart, and I'm so blessed that God chose to bring us together," the musician said, before his wife chimed in, "It feels like we have waited so long for this day. We feel so blessed to finally be 'Mr. and Mrs.' "
Lawson and Tiffany got engaged in October 2021. He popped the big question at the Tenuta Larnianone in Siena when he and Tiffany took a trip to Italy. At that time, they were traveling to the country to shoot a music video for their recent duet, "Crazy Love".
