The 'Danny Glover' rapper is booked into Fulton County Jail after his home was raided on Monday, May 9, while the 'Lemonade' emcee is charged with one count of conspiring to violate RICO.

AceShowbiz - Young Thug and Gunna have apparently been dealing with shady activities besides juggling in hip-hop music. The two rappers are among 28 men associated with Young Stoner Life (YSL) record label who have been listed in a 56-count indictment.

Journalist Michael Seiden of local Atlanta news station WSBTV reported on Monday night, May 9 that Thugger, Gunna and 26 other members of YSL have been indicted on RICO charges. "The indictment includes charges of conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, murder, armed robbery, participation in criminal street gang activity," Seiden said.

Prosecutors are accusing YSL of being involved in a "criminal street gang that started in late 2012 in the Cleveland Avenue area of ATL. YSL claims affiliation with the national Bloods gang," according to Seiden.

A photo has surfaced capturing the moment Thugger was arrested at a Buckhead mansion after the home where he was at was raided on Monday. Wearing a white tank top and dark shorts, he was handcuffed with his hands behind his back as he was escorted by some officers.

The Atlanta native, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, has been booked into Fulton County Jail on charges of Conspiracy to Violate the Racketeer influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and Participation in Criminal Street Gang Activity.

The conspiracy charge stems from an alleged incident that occurred on January 24, 2013 while the gang charge is connected to an alleged offense from May 12, 2018. He is also accused of commissioning the use of a 2014 Infiniti sedan that he rented from Hertz and was used in the 2015 murder of 26-year-old Donovan Thomas Jr. The 30-year-old will make his first court appearance Tuesday at 11:30 A.M.

Meanwhile, Gunna, born Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, has reportedly been charged with one count of conspiring to violate RICO. It's currently unknown if he has been or will be arrested.

Two other YSL associates, Christian "Big Bhris" Eppinger and Antonio Sumlin, are accused of seeking Thug's permission to make a second murder attempt on YFN Lucci during his imprisonment in Fulton County Jail. Eppinger was arrested earlier this year in the shooting of an Atlanta police officer.
